I did not receive the mobile verification code
If you’re signing up via Carousell Web, you should receive a 4-digit verification code either through SMS or call after submitting your mobile number for verification.
If you do not receive the mobile verification code shortly after submitting request, attempt the following to receive the verification code:
- Check that you have selected the correct country in the country drop-down menu
- Check that you have entered the correct mobile number
- If you are using fullscreen mode, exit fullscreen mode and try again
- On the verification code window, select “Resend code” or “Call me”
