I did not receive the verification email
In the event that you're unable to find the verification email or if the verification link has expired, you may request for the verification email to be resent:
Mobile App
- Go to your profile page
- Select 'Edit Profile'
- Enter your email address again and select "Resend Email Verification"
Carousell Web*
- Go to your profile page
- If your account is still unverified, you will see an option to "Resend email" above your profile photo
- Select "Resend email"
I did not receive the email after requesting for a resend
If you're still not receiving the verification email after selecting "Resend", check your junk mail or spam folder, the email may have ended up there if your email service provider automatically filters this sort of email. If you're using Gmail, check your Social and Promotions tabs too.
If you're using Hotmail or Live, unfortunately, some Hotmail or Live accounts may not be able to receive the verification email due to a known technical issue between email service providers. If you need technical assistance, please let us know.
