• The promo code issued under this promotion is subject to the terms and conditions as set out in our Terms of Service located at <https://support.carousell.com/hc/en-us/articles/360038207054-Terms-of-Service-Malaysia->.
• This promotion commences on 02 October 2023 at 3:00PM and will run till 31 December 2023 at 11:59PM (“Validity Period”).
• Auto-applied promo codes may only be used on Buyer Protection listings in the above categories, capped at RM10 for code BPDISCOUNT & WAIVEDFEES.
• This promotion may be stacked with any one (1) other promo code applied on the order.
• Any promo code that is not utilised within the Validity Period will be automatically forfeited without liability to you. 
• All promo codes issued under this promotion are not replaceable, transferable or exchangeable.
• Carousell shall not, at any time, be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered or incurred by or in connection with the use of any promo code by you or any person. Nothing in this agreement shall limit or exclude the liability of Carousell for: (A) death or personal injury; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any liability that cannot otherwise be limited or excluded by applicable law.
