[Malaysia] What are the accepted payment methods?

You may use the following payment methods: FPX online banking, GrabPay, Visa and Mastercard Debit/Credit Cards issued by a local bank for payments with the 'Buy' button. International cards* are not accepted. Third-party service fees may apply.

*Please use an alternative method of payment such as FPX, GrabPay or a Debit/Credit card that was issued by a local bank

For purchases via GrabPay, please ensure that you have Grab app installed. You may refer to this link on how to make a purchase using GrabPay.

How do I add FPX online banking in my payment methods?

1. Go to your profile ('Me' tab)
2. Go to Settings
3. Select 'Saved Payment Methods'
4. Click ‘Pay by online banking’ and select the bank name

Setting up Debit/Credit Cards

1. Go to your profile ('Me' tab)
2. Go to Settings
3. Select 'My Payment Methods'
4. Tap on 'Add Credit/Debit Card'
5. Enter your card number, expiration date and CVV code
6. Tap on 'Set Up' and complete the process

How do I add or edit my payment methods? 

1. Go to your profile ('Me' tab)
2. Go to Settings
3. Select 'My Payment Methods'

Swipe left on the payment method to 'Delete' and tap on 'Add credit/debit card' to add another payment method.
