With SPX Express, you can enjoy paperless shipping—no more worrying about finding a printer for shipping labels! Simply write the tracking number on your parcel and drop it off at any of the 11,00+ service points islandwide.
How do I drop off my item with SPX Express?
- Pack your item: Secure your item in a single sealed box or poly mailer.
- Label your parcel (No printing needed!): Simply show your digital label at the drop-off point, and they will print the shipping label for you.
- Locate an SPX Service Point: Find your nearest collection point (currently over 1,000 in West Malaysia) here: https://spx.com.my/service-point?service_type=support_sending_non_shopee_parcel. Select Service type > Seller Drop-off > Send Non-Shopee Parcel.
- Track your parcel: Once the parcel is scanned, both you and the buyer can track its journey directly within the Carousell app.
Weight and Dimension Requirements
Ensure your parcel meets the following requirements to avoid fulfillment issues:

How to enable SPX Express for your listings
To start offering this service:
- Update your app: Ensure you are on the latest version to see the new SPX options.

Enable ‘Delivery’: Edit your listing, go to "Deal methods," and toggle on "Delivery".
- Select Official Delivery: Turn on "Carousell Official Delivery".
- Bulk update: You can also set this as your default delivery method for all existing listings to save time.
