[Malaysia] Why are there two different amounts of money credited to my bank account?
You can transfer Available Balance to your bank account anytime. In the event that you're transferring funds from multiple successful transactions, you may see that two different amounts of money are reflected in your bank account. Not to worry, this is expected and is completely normal! You're still receiving the same amount of money from your Balance.
This is because different payment methods were used by your buyers when they use the 'Buy' button.
For example:
You've received RM50 in your Available Balance from 2 transactions.
- The first transaction of RM20 is paid by your buyer using online payment (FPX)
- The second transaction of RM30 is paid by your buyer using credit/debit card.
Upon transferring the 50RM from your Balance, the funds will split automatically and be reflected as 30RM and 20RM respectively in your bank account.
