[Malaysia] As a Seller, how do l cancel a deal?
Cancelling an Order as a Seller
We understand that sometimes sellers may need to cancel a deal due to various reasons. However, please note that once you cancel a deal, the ‘Buy’ button may become disabled for your listings, and they will no longer display the Buyer Protection badge.

To continue listing items with the ‘Buy’ button, you’ll need to maintain a low order cancellation rate over the past 30 days:

If you have fewer than 10 orders, only 1 cancellation is allowed.

If you have 10 or more orders, your cancellation rate must stay below 10%.
Once delivery has started, you will not be able to cancel the order. You can still cancel as long as you have not initiated or started shipping.
How to cancel an order:

Go to ‘My Sales’ or open the Order details page from the chat with your buyer.

Scroll to the bottom of the page and tap ‘Cancel order’.
