[Hong Kong] Delivery fee for Carousell Official Delivery
A delivery fee will be added to your order when you purchase via ‘Buy’ button and select Self-collection at SF Express as your deal method.
The shipping fee depends on the weight of the parcel and its category.

*Some categories may cost more due to the need for additional packaging for fragile items. Additional charges will also be incurred if you choose an SF Service Partner (e.g CircleK, 7-11) as the collection point.
How do I pay for the delivery?
The delivery fee is included in your total amount at checkout. Once your item arrives at your chosen SF Express collection point, present the QR code sent to you by SF Express to retrieve the parcel. Since the delivery fee is paid through the app, there’s no need to pay SF Express unless there are additional costs due to late collection.
