[Hong Kong] How to ship with Carousell Official Delivery?
Arrange delivery with ease with our integrated returns courier partner when you enable the ‘Buy’ button. Carousell has partnered up with SF express - seller drop off and buyer pick up(at collection point) to ensure that your items are shipped securely, cost-effectively, and in a timely manner, providing a seamless experience for your buyers.
Advisory
Submission of required information and details for Carousell official delivery are done within the Carousell app or website. Shipping labels and the tracking details are generated within the app without needing sellers to create off platform. Please be cautious of buyers who direct you to external links and immediately report the user if you encounter such situations.

How do I enable shipping with Carousell Official Delivery?
1. Upon listing an item, enable the ‘Buy’ button.
2. Under Deal method, select “Carousell official delivery”
3. List it!
What are the accepted parcel dimensions at different drop-off points?
Parcel dimensions vary depending on the drop-off points. Please refer to the table below:

How to drop off my items?
1. To view the order, go to Profile > My Sales, then tap on the order card. Take note the shipping deadline to drop-off the parcel on your order card, else the order will be canceled.
2. Review the drop-off details and acknowledge that the item(s) must be packed securely.
3. Upon tapping ‘Confirm’, you will receive a code for you to provide to SF Express at the drop off point. Alternatively, you may proceed to print the shipping label yourself.
You need not seal the parcel as SF Express staff would need to check it during drop off.
4. You may track the delivery status from the Order details page. Once the parcel has been delivered to the buyer’s collection point, you will receive an in-app notification.
5. The buyer has 4 days from the time the parcel arrives at the collection point to pick up the parcel. After this period, the order will be marked as completed, and the payment will move from your pending balance to available balance in your wallet.
