[Hong Kong] What are the fees charged to sellers?

Important Update - Starting 03 June 2025, the 4.9% seller platform fee will be waived.

When you sell a listing successfully, you'll be charged a small fee. This fee goes into covering payment, operational, marketing, and customer support costs, allowing us to build the best selling experience for you.

A 3.0% payment processing fee and a 1.9% fee* will be applied to each successful order. This fee is a combined 4.9% of the listing price and does not include delivery or other additional fees.

How will the fees be charged?

The fees will be automatically deducted from earnings after each sale, and the remaining earnings will be credited to your Carousell balance. This will be done automatically and shown in the Order Details Page once the order is completed.
