How do I choose to add my payment method?
Setting up your payment method is simple and fast. Check out our Step-by-step guide on buying with Buyer Protection.
Why is there a HK$4 charge when I add my credit/debit card?
You will receive an authorisation charge of HK$4 from the bank when you link your credit/debit card for good standing. Don’t worry, this amount won’t actually be charged. It will appear in your bank statement but it will drop off within 7 days.
