What is Account 'Insights' dashboard?
The ‘Insights’ dashboard offers valuable data on your seller profile performance and detailed analytics about competitors in your market. There are 3 components in this dashboard:
- Competitor insights
- Profile visits
- Shoutout insights
The competitor insights tab provides a detailed breakdown of your business performance, showing total listing views* in relation to your Coins spending on seller tools such as Bumps, Spotlights and Shoutouts. It also benchmarks your performance against competitors with similar listing content. The dominant category for your account will be determined by the category in which you have the highest inventory value of live listings.
*Listing views refer to clicks received on your listings within your dominant category.
The profile visits tab shows the number of people who have clicked on and viewed your profile page. The data displayed here is on a rolling 7-day basis.
The Shoutout insights tab displays the performance of your Shoutout campaign. You will be able to see the number of impressions for your Shoutout campaign and the number of clicks into your profile or collection, depending on your campaign type.
