[Taiwan] How can I buy with 7-ELEVEN Convenience Store Cash on Delivery?
What is Quick Buy?
Using "Quick Buy" to transact by 7-ELEVEN Convenience Store Cash on Delivery method. To identify items that are available to be purchased through this method when browsing, look out for the truck icon shown next to the price of the item.
Only items that are within the guidelines of 7-ELEVEN will be allowed. For more information, you can refer to this FAQ.
The seller has 3 days to tap on "Start Delivery" or else the order will be automatically cancelled and buyer will not able to make offer for the listing.
Buyer will be required to collect your parcel within 7 days when you receive the arrival message. Please remember to bring your ID, provide the last 3 digit of your mobile number and pay the fees (listing price + shipping fee $60) to the 7-ELEVEN clerk.
What will happen when we have agreed to transact?
Once the seller starts delivery, the seller will be given a 7-ELEVEN shipping code and will have 4 days to ship out the item. Once sent out, you'll receive a notification to inform you that the seller has shipped the item out.
How long will it take to arrive to the designated stores?
Within 2 days, the item will reach the 7-ELEVEN you have chosen and you'll receive a notification to inform you of the item's arrival. From then, you'll have 7 days to pick it up.
When Can I pick up the parcel at 7-ELEVEN?
You will receive the notification when arrival, and buyer should pick up the parcel within 7 days.
To pick up your parcel, you will be required to provide the name and the last 3 digits of the mobile number that you have entered in your order detail, along with your payment for your order.
For verification purposes, you may be required to provide your ID so be sure to have your ID with you as well!
What if I have issues with the item that I have received?
If you encounter an issue with an item that was shipped by 7-ELEVEN, contact Carousell within 24 hours of collecting the item so that we can help you out.
Please provide us the following informations:
- Your username
- The other party's username
- The title of the listing involved
- Description of incident
- Do also send us photos of the item received
At the same time, we advise getting in touch with the seller to inform him/her of any concerns you have with your purchase.

Yes, leaving a feedback is encouraged! Once the transaction has been completed, you’ll be able to leave a feedback for each other.
Is 7-ELEVEN Convenience Store Cash on Delivery available for offshore islands?
Available：Penghu, Kinmen, Matzu (only Nangan/Beigan), Green Islands, Orchid Island
Not available: Xiaoliuqiu Island
