What is Response Rate?
Response Rate is the percentage of new chats and offers that a user responded to within 24 hours of receiving them. Replying to a message, or accepting/declining an offer is considered a response.
Response Rate is split into 3 buckets:
- Very Responsive
- Mostly Responsive
- Not Responsive
For new users without any chat interaction, Response Rate will not be displayed!
To improve your Response Rate, do the following within 24 hours:
- Accept or decline offers
- Reply to new messages
