What can I do if the other party's account is suspended?
If the user that you have been dealing with has got their account suspended, they have probably engaged in actions that are against our Marketplace Guidelines. This could range from listing prohibited items to misusing the platform.
We would strongly advise users not to proceed with the transaction. If you have yet to transfer money to the user or mail out your items, hold on until the issue is resolved. Do not rush to complete the transaction.
Additionally, you may wish to check with the user personally if they have previously left their mobile number or other means of communication with you.
