What is the "Recommended" Badge?
The "Recommended" badge is given to sellers who:
- List with awesome photos
This is very important when pitching your shop for a feature. Photos are the first thing our team will look at during curation so always make sure that they're well-lit, clean, crisp and beautiful. - Work on their listing descriptions
Quality of your listing is key when selling on Carousell so make sure to describe your items clearly and transparently. Accurate descriptions also make your listings more searchable and easier for shoppers (and the Carousell team!) to find in the marketplace. - Price their items accurately
List your items at reasonable prices and try not to price your items at $0. - Abide by our Community Guidelines
Don't sell anything that is prohibited, and make sure your listing descriptions don't include tags or keywords that are unrelated. - Have great seller review record
A happy community is always something we strive for on Carousell, so lots of positive reviews doesn't hurt! Replying to neutral and negative review to help smooth out sticky situations also helps to boost your credibility as a seller. Always be courteous, kind and gracious to all community members. - Be a part of our trusted partnership programme
