Carousell Plus is a subscription plan designed for active buyers who are always browsing and hunting for great deals, while also selling occasionally on Carousell.
With Carousell Plus, you'll get to enjoy more features that make buying and selling even smoother across both our apps or the web.
What you’ll get with Carousell Plus
1. An ad-free experience
Say goodbye to seeing ads when you login to your Carousell app, on your Explore page, listing details page and the Updates tab.
Note:
- This ad-free browsing experience may take up to two hours to update after you subscribe.
- You’ll still see promotional listings like Bumps, Spotlights, and Shoutouts, as they’re part of how sellers promote their items on our platform.
2. Save more searches
Currently all users can save up to 3 searches.
Now, you can save up to 30 searches, so you’ll never miss out on the treasures you’ve been hunting.
3. Get 500 Carousell Coins every month
You can use these Coins to promote your listings with seller tools like Bumps or Spotlight, or to purchase additional listing quota.
The Coins will be credited instantly to your account upon subscription and every month thereafter, and will be valid for 90 days.
4. Priority support
Need help? Carousell Plus subscribers get bumped to the front of the queue when contacting our support team.

How to manage your subscription
To cancel your Carousell Plus subscription:
- Go to My account on web or mobile web
- Tap on Carousell Plus (under ‘Manage’)
- Select Cancel subscription
After cancellation, your plan will stay active until the end of your billing period. You won’t be charged again unless you choose to resubscribe.
Example:
If you subscribed a monthly Carousell Plus subscription on 15 Dec 2025 and cancelled the subscription on 25 Dec 2025, your benefits will continue until 14 Jan 2026. Your subscription only ends after 15 Jan 2026.
If you subscribed to a yearly Carousell Plus subscription on 15 Dec 2025 and cancelled the subscription before it renews on 15 Dec 2026, your benefits will still continue until 14 Dec 2026.
