How do I change my registered email address?
All Carousellers are able to change their registered email address but please ensure that the email address is a valid one and owned by you. Registering a false email address may result in the closure of your Carousell account. Here're two ways to change your email address, depending on the platform you're accessing Carousell from:
Mobile App
- Launch the Carousell app
- Go to your profile (“Me” tab)
- Go to Settings
- Tap on “Edit Profile”
- Under "Private Profile", you will see the Email field
- Key in the preferred email address to be registered to your Carousell account
You will then receive a verification email in the changed email address. Click on the verification link to verify your new email address. If the link is broken, copy the whole link and paste it in your browser.
Carousell Web*
- Go to https://carousell.com
- Login to your Carousell account
- Click on your profile picture
- Select “Settings” in the drop-down menu
- Under "Private Profile", you will see the email field
- Key in the preferred email address to be registered to your Carousell account
You will then receive an email in the changed email address for verification. Click on the verification link to verify your new email address. If the link is broken, copy the whole link and paste it in your browser.
