How do I reset my password?

Mobile app

1. Launch Carousell app and select 'Log in'
2. Tap on 'Forgot Password?'
3. Enter your registered email address and a password reset link will be sent to you

Carousell Web*

1. Select the ‘Login’ option on the top menu of your browser
2. Click on the ‘Forgot password?’ option
3. Enter your registered email address and a password reset link will be sent to you

For users in the Philippines, you have the option to reset your password using your registered mobile number as well here.
