How do I appeal for a listing that got removed?
Listing appeals should be made from within the app or through the web platform, and are usually answered within the same day. Here is how to submit your listing appeal:
Open the Carousell app or website, and tap on the 'Updates' tab. If you have any listings that have been flagged for violations of our Marketplace Rules, they will show up under 'All', or if that tab is too noisy, check under the 'Support' section on the right.

Tap on the listing you want to appeal for and then find the 'Appeal' button. If you can't find the listing, it is possible that our moderators have already invalidated the issue and your listing is already back online. Please check your listings tab to see if any listing is actually still inactive.
