[Hong Kong] How can I set delivery/order promo codes for buyers?

Encourage buyers to purchase more from you by setting up delivery promo codes or order promo codes on your listings with the ‘Buy’ button with a minimum spending criteria.

Setting delivery promos

You can set this up via your Profile page, ‘See all’ > ‘Order/Delivery promo’

Tap on ‘Create delivery promo’ and toggle between setting Free delivery or 50% off, then select your minimum spending criteria for the promotion.

Note that for now, any promos set would apply to all delivery options that you have enabled ‘Buy’ button for. If you edit the promos set, it will affect the promotion criteria for all active listings and future purchases from your potential buyers. Only 1 delivery promo can be set at a time.

In the event if Carousell offers platform-wide delivery promo for multiple-item orders, only 1 delivery promotion can be applied at one time, and your delivery promotion will take priority over the discounts offered by Carousell (regardless of the discount value offered).

Setting order promos

Tap on ‘Create order promo’ and toggle between setting “% off” or “RM off” to select your desired discount type, then select your minimum spending criteria for the promotion.

Tap 'Preview promotion' before saving to check! Here's an example:

Any promos set would apply to all orders that you have enabled ‘Buy’ button for. If you edit the promos set, it will affect the promotion criteria for all active listings and future purchases from your potential buyers. Your promotion will override any ongoing platform promotions and will take precedence over discounts offered by Carousell, regardless of the discount amount.
