For all sellers: you can now better manage and review your Carousell orders with the new My Sales page. Here are the new functions available on the page:
1. Search for orders by order ID, buyer name, or listing title
2. Export sales records over a specific period to evaluate your performance
3. Arrange bulk pick-ups for Carousell Official Delivery orders
Here are the steps to navigate your Sales page on the web.
1. Quick search for Order ID, buyer’s username and listing title using Search*
*only exact match and single search is supported
2. Filter orders according to their deal method.
3. Fulfill orders with Carousell Official Delivery in bulk.
As of July 2024, we have enabled the function to allow bulk delivery with Carousell Official Delivery - pick-up flow.
Filter orders for Carousell Official Delivery and select the orders which you would like to Start delivery and arrange for pick-up
Confirm your pick-up address and select shipping label method (Print your own shipping label or courier prints for you)
Download shipping label
Once pick-up details are confirmed, it will move to 'In progress' tab.
You can download the shipping labels for that batch from ‘Batch delivery status’.
If you have selected for the courier to print the shipping label for you, you can find the tracking number from the individual order details page. Indicate the parcel tracking number/airway bill clearly on your parcel.
Download batch details
From here, you can view the batch info, status and batch details. You can view the orders with errors upon arranging the delivery from the batch details file.
Bulk delivery enablement is currently only available with the delivery pick-up option. We are working to extend bulk enablement to other deal methods, which will be available soon.
