Carousell for Business (CarouBiz for short) is a subscription to a suite of premium tools, designed to help grow businesses. These premium tools allow businesses to showcase their products like a virtual showroom, all within their Carousell profile! 

What does CarouBiz subscription plan include?

Note:

• Carousell Coins credited for  monthly subscription will expire 3 months (90 days) after they are added to your balance. For yearly subscription, they will expire 1 year after they are added to your balance. More details of Carousell Coins can be found here.
• Bump discounts will be applied automatically. Final discounted price is shown on purchase page.
• Free Coins with every Coin purchase will be credited to your account immediately after coins are purchased. Free Coins credited will expire 30 days after crediting. The Coins amount is capped based on your subscription plan. Account must be a CarouBiz subscriber at the point of crediting to be eligible for free Coins.  
  
• Category reply quota benefit will be automatically allocated to your account upon subscription. With a benefit of 1.25x multiplier, your initial category reply quota of 10 free quota, doubles to 12 (rounded down to the nearest whole number).

How do I subscribe to CarouBiz?

1. If you’re subscribing from the app, ensure that you’re on the latest version of Carousell 
2. Go to ‘CarouBiz’ on your profile 
3. Select your preferred CarouBiz plan

What happens when I upgrade or downgrade my CarouBiz plan?

For upgrades (monthly to annual), the new plan will apply immediately and the billing date will be based on this new date. At the same time, you will receive a pro-rated refund of the older package back to your mode of payment.

For downgrades (annual to monthly), you’ll enjoy the benefits of your existing plan till your next billing date.

How do I pay for my CarouBiz subscription?

You may make payment for CarouBiz through the allowed payment methods on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. At the moment, payment using Carousell Coins is not available.

How do I cancel my CarouBiz subscription? 

You can manage your subscription through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store and choose to unsubscribe. After your current subscription period ends, you will no longer be charged for the following subscription in the next month. 

You will continue to enjoy the benefits until your current subscription period is over. After that, you will no longer have access to the CarouBiz features.
