[Malaysia] Delivery fee calculation

Delivery fees for buyers will depend on the delivery method they choose.

For orders via ‘Arrange delivery myself’’, such as Standard/Express/Same day or Custom delivery, the delivery fee of each individual listings selected  in cart will be added to the combined total;

Example:
Listing A delivery fee: RM6;
Listing B delivery fee: RM9;
Listing C delivery fee: RM3

The delivery fee chargeable for this order will be RM18. 

For orders via ‘Carousell official delivery’ (PosLaju), delivery fee will be calculated based on the chargeable weight bucket after we combine the estimated weight of all the items in the cart. You may refer to the table below for the weight ranges and fees chargeable from our Carousell delivery partner. 

Example:
Listing A weight = 0.5kg
Listing B weight = 2kg
Listing C weight = 1kg

Total combined weight = 3.5kg, the delivery fee chargeable for this order will be RM12.20.

If there are delivery promos offered, the promos will be offset from the initial delivery fee. In the event if Carousell offers platform-wide delivery promo for multiple-item orders, only 1 delivery promotion can be applied at one time, and your delivery promotion will take priority over the discounts offered by Carousell (regardless of the discount value offered).
