[Singapore] Delivery fee calculation

Delivery fees for buyers will depend on the delivery method they choose.

For orders via ‘Arrange delivery myself', such as Standard/Express/Same day or Custom delivery, the delivery fee of each individual listings selected  in cart will be added to the combined total;

Example:
Listing A delivery fee: $2.00;
Listing B delivery fee: $3.00;
Listing C delivery fee: $1.00

The delivery fee chargeable for this order will be $6. 

For orders via ‘Carousell official delivery’, delivery fee will be calculated based on the chargeable weight bucket after we combine the estimated weight of all the items in the cart. You may refer to the table below for the weight ranges and fees chargeable from our Carousell delivery partner. 

Example: 
Listing A weight = 0.5kg
Listing B weight = 2kg
Listing C weight = 1kg

Total combined weight = 3.5kg, the delivery fee chargeable for this order will be $5.10.

Delivery rates for Carousell delivery for doorstep drop off and pick-up

Note that you must select the same Carousell delivery type as your deal method (if you choose pickup service with label printing, then all your listings must be set to pickup service with label printing) else your buyer may not be able to proceed with the checkout (under the same cart order).

If there are delivery promos offered, the promos will be offset from the initial delivery fee. In the event if Carousell offers platform-wide delivery promo for multiple-item orders, only 1 delivery promotion can be applied at one time, and your delivery promotion will take priority over the discounts offered by Carousell (regardless of the discount value offered).
