The ‘Add to Cart’ feature for listings enabled with the ‘Buy’ button will be available from 11 March 2024. Buyers can then checkout with multiple listings from you in one go.
How do I ‘Add to Cart’?
After Adding to Cart, tap on the Cart icon on the top right corner or ‘Added to Cart’ to proceed to the checkout page. Tap the ‘Back’ button to go back to the seller's profile to view other listings to add more items to your cart. You may add up to 35 items into your cart.
Swipe left to remove items from your cart if you change your mind.
Once you tap ‘Checkout’ you will be directed to the Order Request Page.
Complete your checkout by adding your Address and payment method and tap on ‘Place Order’. You can refer to your orders from My Purchases tab. If your payment failed, you will be notified in your Updates tab.
Once your seller has scheduled the pick-up/ initiated delivery, you can track the status from the Order details page. Tap on the Order status and it will bring you to the tracking page.
How do I view my Cart?
You can view your existing Cart by either:
- ‘Me’ page - Cart icon at top right-hand corner or in the middle section
- On any listings, Cart icon at top right-hand corner
In your Cart, we’ll prompt you if a listing is unavailable for purchase, so that you can remove the listing and continue checking out with your other items.
Checkout listings from the same seller
You can only cart out items from the same seller. Enjoy a lower delivery fee per item when you buy multiple items from the seller.
You can only select a deal method that’s available on all the listings in your Cart
You can only choose a deal method that’s available for all your items in the Cart. You’ll be prompted if a deal method is not applicable for all your items in Cart.
