- To generate a "Lookalike audience" or "similar audience" of prospective users through the Facebook or Google advertising platforms and/or similar service providers. We typically do this by uploading a list of email addresses in a secured manner. Facebook's policy is to irreversibly hash (encrypt) such lists locally and prior to uploading. Facebook will then match the hashed data against their own user and generate the lookalike audience. The uploaded list will then be deleted and will not be used for any other purposes.
