[Malaysia] Shipping: How do I track the shipping status?

If your item is shipped with Carousell Official Delivery: 

• Shipping status will be reflected in the app after the seller drops off the item
• Both buyers and sellers are able to see the status by tapping on 'Delivery status' and receive regular updates from the app
• Sellers will also receive updates via your registered phone number

If your item is not shipped with Carousell Official Delivery:

• Seller needs to enter the tracking number before tapping on 'Item mailed out'
• Shipping status may or may not visible inside the application if it is a tracked shipping
• Sellers are to inform buyers of the tracking number in chat and buyers will have to track it separately on the shipping website
