What is Customise Bumps?

Customise Bumps is a feature that helps you to set up the schedule of your Bumps as you would like. Select the days or time you want your listing to be bumped, the number of Bumps per day, and you're good to go!

Is there a limit to the number of Bumps I can schedule?

You may schedule Bumps up to every day of the week, for a maximum of 8 weeks. There is no limit to the number of listings you can schedule Bumps for. 

Can I schedule a time for my Bumps?

Yes, there are 2 options to schedule a time for your listing to be Bumped. 

Option 1: Default based on time of purchase

Your listing will be bumped based on the time you purchase your Bump and will follow the same timing for subsequent Bumps that are scheduled. E.g. If I purchase my bump at 12.30pm and scheduled it for Wednesday, my listing will be Bumped at 12.30pm on Wednesday.

There will be a 3 hours interval between each bump if there are multiple bumps purchase for a day. 
Eg. If I purchase my bump at 12.30pm for 3 Bumps a day, it will be bumped at 12.30pm, 3.30pm and 6.30pm accordingly. 

Option 2: Select your preferred hour of bump 

Your listing will be bumped within a 15min window centered around your chosen hour. E.g. It is 10am now, I purchase my Bump and selected the option "1pm" for Wednesday, my listing will be bumped between 12.45pm to 1.15pm on Wednesday.

Can I use Bumps and Spotlight at the same time?

Yes, you can use Bumps along with Spotlights. 

Note: Unlike Spotlight, Bump is a non-refundable purchase. Hence, we recommend using the Customise Bumps only for listings (products) that you have multiple quantities of.
