Certified Electronics programme for sellers
Carousell works with selected merchants who we recognise as Carousell partners to offer fully functional and top quality mobile phones and tablets in the marketplace.
As a Carousell Certified partner, you get access to premium benefits that are not available to regular sellers or merchants.
Requirements for Certified Electronic(CE) partners
- All mobile phones and tablets must be listed as a Certified listing. We do not allow any duplicate listings to be posted in other categories as well as in the open marketplace
- A Certified listing must be true to description
- All Certified mobile phones and tablets must come with free 1-month warranty that would be covered by you (CE partners)
- All CE partners must adhere to timely delivery of item
- All CE partners must offer $15 same day delivery or free standard delivery (where the standard delivery is set to default)
- All CE partners must guarantee that there is availability of item that is listed, and avoid cancellation of orders
- All CE partners must not apply different charges to buyers for different paying methods

| The photos for the phone/tablet must be taken from different angles | |
| Clean and consistent white background without any graphic overlays or additional text | |

| Keep the first 3 listing photos text and ad free. Promotional photos are only allowed at the 4th listing image. | |

Listing description
- Rate the condition of the phone accurately
- Do not abuse the Notes on Condition section to indicate other information apart from the listing condition in detail

Policies and penalties
- Keep all communication with buyers within the platform and adhere to Carousell chat guidelines
- Ensure stocks are always updated
- Keep transactions on platform and do not direct buyers from paying off platform. A 24 hour account suspension may be enforced if found that payments are directed off platform
- Ensure pricing is transparent, with no hidden fees or additional costs beyond the listed item price
- Any violation of listing guidelines and the aforementioned policies may lead to enforcement actions on your account and listings.
