How do I send my item with SPX Express?
Pack your item: Use a single sealed box or poly mailer, and make sure your parcel follows SPX’s packaging guidelines. https://spx.sg/en/shipping/general-packaging-guidelines.html
Write your tracking number clearly: You don’t need to print a label. Just write the shipping tracking number on your parcel after packing it securely.

Track it in the app: After your parcel is scanned, you and your buyer can track delivery directly in the Carousell app.

Refer to the SPX drop-off service points to check the allowed parcel size.
Some drop-off points accept parcels up to 30 kg and 300 cm in total dimensions. For larger parcels, choose SPX doorstep pick-up instead.

How to enable SPX Express for your listings
To start offering this service:
- Update your app: Ensure you are on the latest version to see the new SPX options.

Enable ‘Delivery’: Edit your listing, go to "Deal methods," and toggle on "Delivery".
- Select Official Delivery: Turn on "Carousell Official Delivery".
- Bulk update: You can also set this as your default delivery method for all existing listings to save time.
Do I need to update all my existing listings?
No, you don’t need to. If you’ve already enabled Carousell Official Delivery on your listings, SPX Express is automatically included. When you’re ready to ship, select SPX Express to ship out your order easily at $0 cost.
If Carousell Official Delivery is not enabled you can enable it for all your listings using default delivery configuration here.
Why is there an add-on fee for some providers like SingPost, NinjaVan?
When you ship via Carousell Official Delivery, the buyer pays a standard delivery fee. If you choose a courier other than SPX Express, a Delivery add-on fee may be deducted from your earnings, depending on the courier selected.
Sellers still reserve the right to opt for their preferred delivery provider for convenience. However, as different delivery providers charge different fees, there is an extra add-on fee if you select a provider other than the one with the lowest fee. This allows us to maintain a "Best Price" shipping guarantee for all buyers on the platform.
How can I avoid paying the add-on fee?
Select SPX Express to ship. $0 add-on fee—keep 100% of your earnings.
How will the add-on fee (for non-SPX delivery partners) be deducted?
If you fulfill an order via other integrated delivery providers, a fee starting from $1.80 will be deducted from your earnings. This deduction will be clearly itemised for that specific transaction as a "Delivery add-on fee" in your earnings summary, so you can keep track of your profits easily.
Does the buyer still pay for shipping if I choose other partners?
Buyers pay a standard shipping rate. If you choose a delivery partner other than SPX Express, any additional fees will be deducted from your earnings, depending on the partner and service you select.
If your delivery is delayed because of a late pick-up
Sometimes, delivery may take longer than expected if SPX hasn’t picked up your parcel from the drop-off point or your doorstep yet.
SPX fully manages the pick-up and delivery schedule, so we’re unable to speed this up on our end.
Delays may also happen during peak sale periods and public holidays.

Can I change from pick-up to drop-off, or vice versa?
If you selected pick-up but want to drop off your parcel instead, you can do so at any SPX Service Point.
If you selected drop-off, you won’t be able to change it to pick-up.
If your pick-up is delayed and SPX hasn’t collected your parcel due to unforeseen circumstances, you can drop it off at your nearest SPX Service Point, provided that your parcel is not more than 5kg and its dimensions does not exceed 80cm.
Can I request the delivery to be delivered to an SPX pick-up location instead?
Parcels can only be delivered to the buyer’s doorstep for the delivery and delivery to pick-up locations isn't available.
