[Singapore] How to stay updated with your Carousell orders

Order notifications and updates, previously shown in ‘Chat’ will now be moved to ‘Updates’ on the main page. Stay updated on your order statuses as a buyer/seller in the ‘Updates’ tab.

View required actions for your orders in the ‘Updates > For action’ tab

You can view actions required for your order in the ‘For action’ tab:

• As a buyer, you’ll be reminded to
  • Complete your payment if you have a pending PayNow payment
  • Mark your order as received when we estimate that your order will be arriving
  • Leave a review for your seller after your order completes
• As a seller, you’ll be reminded to
  • Ship out your item within X days when you receive an order
  • Leave a review for your buyer after your order completes

Manage your Purchases or Sales in the ‘Me’ tab

Alternatively, you can view all your Purchases or Sales when you visit the ‘Me’ Page. You can view your Purchases or Sales split by their order statuses to better manage your orders!
