Pay your service fee invoice early to receive free Coins and additional quotas

Update as of 1 April 2026: Free coins and additional quotas promotion for early invoice payment will be discontinued for Singapore and Hong Kong. 

Professional accounts that pay their service fee early by 25th of each month will get free Coins, and an increase in listing and reply quotas.

If you pay your service fee invoice before the 25th of the month, you’ll get:

• Rebate in Coins (rebated as a % of your invoice amount and valid for 30 days)
   
• Extra listing quota (valid until the 10th of the next month)
   
• Unlimited reply quota (also valid until the 10th of the next month)

Users in Malaysia and the Philippines will receive a full Coins rebate for payments made before the 25th of each month.

Example: 

If you’re in Singapore and your service fee invoice is S$50. If you pay before the 25th:

• 50% rebate in Coins: S$25 worth of Coins
• 2× listing quota: If you list in the Beauty & Personal Care category and the monthly listing quota is 15 listings, you’ll get another 15—so you’ll have an increased quota of 30 listings for the Beauty & Personal Care category.
• Unlimited reply quota: Chat with as many new buyers as you like
• The increased listing and reply quotas will be valid until the 10th of the following month.
• The Coins will be valid for 30 days.
   

When will I get my invoice?

Your monthly service fee invoice will be issued on the 10th of every month. It will include your service fees payable for revenue earned from Chat transactions (including outbound chats) from the previous month. 

Where can I see my invoice?

You can view and pay your invoice directly via My Account > Insights in the Carousell app or website.

🕘 Until when do I need to pay to qualify?

To receive the free Coins and quotas, you must make full payment before the 25th of the same month you receive the invoice in.

Example:
If you receive your invoice on 10 July, you’ll need to pay by 25 July to enjoy the incentives.

When will I receive my Coins and quotas?

Your Coins and quotas will be credited within 7 business days after you make payment. 

What if I pay after the 25th?

You can still make payment for your service fee by the due date (10th of the next month) , but you won’t be eligible for the incentives.
 

Is the rebate and quota the same each month?

Yes, as long as your account meets the criteria and payment is made by the 25th of the month, you’ll continue to receive the same amount of Coins and quotas based on the tiers above.

📌 Anything else I should know?

• Coins rebates are credited to your account in full within 7 business days—no need to claim them manually.
• The credited listing and reply quota apply only to the month following your invoice. They won’t be carried over after the 10th of the month.
• Incentives are based on your final invoice amount after all offsets and discounts have been applied. The higher the amount, the more Coins you’ll receive and the more listing and reply quotas you’ll unlock.
• The use of Carousell Coins and quotas are subject to our standard terms and conditions here.
• Carousell may vary these terms, suspend and/or terminate the campaign without any notice or liability to any party.
• By participating in the campaign, you will be deemed to have fully read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms and any other requirements set out in any related promotional material and all amendments, additions, replacements, modifications as may be made from time to time by Carousell.
