My account is wrongfully suspended, how do I appeal?
If your account has been suspended and you want to appeal, please chat with us by clicking the chat box at the bottom-right of this page. This is the best way for submitting account appeals.
After you appeal, our AI Support Agent Emily will first try to handle your case. She is able to handle most common cases. If Emily is unable to make a decision, she will escalate to our human moderators. Appeals are usually answered within 48 hours, but we sometimes face surges if we are combatting a scam attack for example. During busy times it may take up to 5 days to process appeals.
Unfortunately, there is nothing our support agents or chat bot can do for you with regard to an appeal. They can only be done by our moderators.
Important things to know when you appeal
Please make sure you know the username and email address of the exact account you are appealing for. You will make it easy for our AI and humans to find your case in the backend, and if you are unable to produce valid credentials that match the account under suspension, we won't be able to assist you at all.
It is possible that your appeal will not be accepted. If you have received earlier warnings or restrictions, or in case we have strong signals that your account has been involved in fraud, we reserve the right not to reinstate your account. However, if you really have not broken any of our Marketplace Guidelines, your appeal should get accepted.
