[Announcement] Carousell is taking measures to cease the sale of Blackpink concert tickets in Singapore
Carousell will be suspending ticket resale for the Blackpink Deadline tour in Singapore, in view of the advisory by the Singapore Police Force issued on 12 June 2025, which states that “concert goers who purchased resale tickets will be turned away from the concert at the Singapore Sports Hub, with no refund given”. Kallang Alive Sport Management (KASM) has also indicated this advisory on their official websites.
The police have also requested Carousell's cooperation in removing all resale ticket listings related to this event. In compliance with this request, we will be discontinuing the sale of all Blackpink concert tickets.
From now to 30 Nov 2025, all listings for Blackpink concert tickets on Carousell in Singapore will be removed, and new listings will not be permitted during this period. This includes listings looking to buy and trade tickets. Existing listings are in the process of being removed over the next few days, and affected users will receive a notice informing them about the police advisory.
As our moderation takes place after the listing is published, users may see newly-created listings temporarily before our AI moderation system detects the listing. Fans may also report such listings to us directly via the ‘report’ function in each listing.
As a safe practice for purchasing event tickets, we encourage all ticket buyers and sellers to check and adhere to the reselling terms and conditions laid out by the official channels. These are likely to be found on the ticket itself or on the organiser’s website.
Carousell’s goal is to be able to provide a safe marketplace for event tickets, even for the largest and most fraud-prone events. We will continue to improve our security systems and work with partners to combat fraud.
In the event that your listing was incorrectly taken down, please reach out to us via Contact Support to have it reinstated.
