I'm unable to update my Carousell app on Android

As of July 2020, we'll no longer support Android OS versions below 5.0, for newer versions of Carousell. This means that if your Android OS is before 5.0, you'll not be able to update your Carousell app.

To check your device's Android OS, 

1. Open your phone's Settings app.
2. Near the bottom, tap System  Advanced  System update.
3. See your 'Android version' and 'Security patch level.'

To update your Carousell app, you'll simply have to update your Android OS to the latest available version.
