[Malaysia] Free Smart Bumps for listings in selected category - Terms & Conditions
We will be issuing free 3 x Smart Bumps (“Free Smart Bumps”) to selected listings starting from 02 October 2023. This only applies to active listings with ‘Buy’ button enabled in the following categories, that are created on or before 29 September 2023:
- Hobbies & Toys
- Computers & Tech
- Video Gaming
- Men’s Fashion
- Beauty & Personal Care
- Women’s Fashion
How does Smart Bumps work?
Smart Bumps will be automatically triggered for your targeted listing when our system recognises that it has moved down from the optimal ranking position. To find out more, please check out this article.
How do I know if my listing is given the Free Smart Bumps?
You will receive a direct message from Carousell (carousell_my) in the App.
Terms & Conditions
- The Free Smart Bumps will only be applied to active listings in selected categories* enabled with the ‘Buy’ Button, created on or before 29 September 2023.
- *Selected categories include Hobbies & Toys, Computers & Tech, Video Gaming, Men’s Fashion, Beauty & Personal Care, and Women’s Fashion.
- Each eligible listing will be entitled to the Free Smart Bumps once only.
- All Smart Bumps are subject to the terms and conditions as set out in our Terms of Service located at <https://support.carousell.com/hc/en-us/articles/360038207054-Terms-of-Service-Malaysia->.
- Carousell shall not, at any time, be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered or incurred by or in connection with the use of any Smart Bumps by you or any person. Nothing in this agreement shall limit or exclude the liability of Carousell for: (A) death or personal injury; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any liability that cannot otherwise be limited or excluded by applicable law.
- The Free Smart Bumps is not replaceable, transferable or exchangeable. Carousell reserves the right to substitute or replace the Free Smart Bumps with any other reward of similar value without prior notice, without liability to you.
- Carousell may vary these terms, suspend and/or terminate all or any part of the promotion offered hereunder without any notice or liability to any party.
