[Singapore] Carousell Official Delivery partnership with J&T for pick-ups

Carousell has partnered up with J&T Express to offer on-platform tracked delivery, offering a seamless transactional experience via their pick-up service. Buyers can look forward to receiving their orders after pick-up for transactions made through Carousell. Note that pick-up is scheduled between 9am - 6pm from Monday - Friday and 9am - 1pm on Saturday. There will not be any pick-ups on Sunday and Public Holidays. 

The entire pick-up arrangement to delivery process is done through the Carousell app or website. For listings with Carousell enabled courier delivery, it will look like this

Sellers have the option to schedule a doorstep pick-up through J&T or drop off their parcels at courier locations managed by NinjaVan or SingPost. For J&T, sellers are responsible for additional charges for doorstep pick-up, as well as any costs incurred for label printing if needed.
