How do I report a user/listing?

See something against our Community Guidelines? Report it to us! Be the eyes and ears of our community to keep our platform a safe and pleasant marketplace for all.

To help us review your report more efficiently, please file a report to us via the app/web if it is regarding:

  • Listings in the wrong category
  • Duplicate posts
  • Prohibited items
  • Counterfeits
  • Listings containing irrelevant keywords

Note: Reports are kept anonymous unless a direct follow-up from the reported is required

After our moderators have reviewed your submitted report on a user/listing, you'll receive a message in your Support Inbox

Mobile app

To report a user

  • Via chat
    1. Enter the chat you have with user
    2. Tap on '•••' at the top right-hand corner of the chat page
    3. Select "Report User" in the revealed menu
    4. Select the appropriate reason for reporting
  • Via user profile
    1. Go to the profile of the user you want to report
    2. Tap on '•••' at the top right-hand corner of the user's profile
    3. Select "Report User" in the revealed menu
    4. Select the appropriate reason for reporting

To report a listing

  • Via browse view
    1. Tap on '•••' on the listing 
    2. Select "Report Listing" in the revealed menu
    3. Select the appropriate reason for reporting
  • Via listing view
    1. Tap on '•••' at the top right-hand corner of the listing view
    2. Select "Report Listing" in the revealed menu
    3. Select the appropriate reason for reporting
