How can I report a user/listing?
See something against our Community Guidelines, Chat Guidelines or Listing rules? Report it to us! Be the eyes and ears of our community to keep our platform a safe and pleasant marketplace for all.
To help us review your report more efficiently, please file a report to us directly via the app/web if it is related to the following reasons. This is the fastest way to get a solution!
Phishing scammer (This user is pretending to be a trusted organisation or person, trying to trick you into providing personal information through links or emails.)
Suspicious activity
Offensive behaviour/content
Counterfeits
Duplicate posts
Prohibited items
Mispriced listings
Listings in the wrong category
Listings containing irrelevant keywords
Note: Reports are kept anonymous unless a direct follow-up from the reported is required.
After our moderators have reviewed your submitted report on a user/listing, you'll receive a message in your Support Inbox.
Report a user
Via chat
- Enter the chat you have with the user
- Tap on '•••' at the top right-hand corner of the chat page
- Select "Report user" in the revealed menu
- Select the appropriate reason for reporting
- Share more details in the description box so that we can understand the issue better
- Click "Report"
Via user profile
- Go to the profile of the user you want to report
- Tap on '•••' at the top right-hand corner of the user's profile
- Select "Report user" in the revealed menu
- Select the appropriate reason for reporting

Report a listing
Via browse view
- Tap on '•••' on the listing
- Select "Report Listing" in the revealed menu
- Select the appropriate reason for reporting

Via listing view

- Select "Report Listing" in the revealed menu
