[Singapore] Carousell Official delivery with GoGoX for bulky items
As of 28 November, sellers can offer Carousell Official Delivery - Bulky delivery for bed frames and mattresses listings in the following category:
- Furniture > Bed Frames & Mattresses
Carousell has partnered with GoGoX for pick-up and delivery services for your listings* in the Bed Frames & Mattresses category.
*Listings that are eligible for GoGoX excludes smaller items such as inflatable or foldable mattresses.
Carousell Official Delivery will be enabled when you list with the ‘Buy’ button.
If you’re listing bulky furniture in the category mentioned above using the ‘Buy’ button, Carousell Official Delivery must be enabled. Only selected sellers registered as Carousell merchants (Professional Accounts) have the option to use custom delivery and opt out from using Carousell Official Delivery.
For non-professional account sellers, if your listing previously used Custom delivery, it will now be switched to Carousell Official delivery. This update ensures you can take advantage of our integrated solution for seamless bulky deliveries.
How will pick-up/delivery be scheduled?
Buyers pay for delivery and will need to come to a mutually convenient delivery date with the seller before they place their order. Before placing the order, please chat with your seller to agree on a delivery date. Once the order has been submitted, sellers have 12 hours to provide the pick-up address in order to secure the delivery slot.
On the delivery day, the courier will first pick up from seller between 9am - 1pm, followed by the delivery between 1pm - 6pm.
Can I schedule a delivery for a specific time?
GoGoX deliveries are same-day services. For now, GoGoX will pick up from seller between 9am-1pm, and will deliver to buyer between 1-6pm. We are working on them to improve the selection of timeslots.
What are the prices for Carousell Official Delivery in the Bulky category?
The delivery fee will be automatically calculated based on the listing attributes set upon listing creation. The table below lists the delivery fee in detail.
The delivery fee includes the cost of the vehicle and 2 movers, basic wrapping service, assembly/disassembly (bed frames only) and basic insurance coverage of up to $500.

How do I pay for additional add-on mover services?
If add-on delivery services are needed, charges will be paid directly to the mover on the pick-up/delivery day. GoGoX may advise the need for additional charges if required to ensure that the item is delivered.

Will I be able to cancel the order?
Order can be cancelled if the following conditions are met.
- An order can be cancelled if the seller has not confirmed the order or provided their pick-up address
- An order can be cancelled if a driver has not been assigned by GoGoX
If you’d still like to cancel the order after a driver has been assigned by GoGoX, please contact GoGoX directly. Cancellation will be subjected to their discretion.
Am I able to reschedule the pick-up or delivery time after the order is confirmed?
If the mover has not yet picked up the item, you can reschedule the delivery by contacting the GoGoX hotline directly. The hotline details are available on your Order Details page. Be sure to coordinate with the other party to agree on a new preferred delivery date.
Once the mover has picked up the item, rescheduling the delivery time will no longer be possible. If unforeseen circumstances prevent you from accepting the delivery, please contact the GoGoX hotline directly. Keep in mind that additional fees may apply, which will need to be paid directly to GoGoX.
Do I need to be present for the delivery?
Yes, both the buyer and the seller need to be present at the specified locations during the agreed-upon time for pickup and drop-off. This ensures a smooth handover of the item and confirms that the correct item is being delivered.
What if the item is damaged during delivery?
If an item is damaged during delivery, please inform the movers before they leave the house for them to acknowledge the damage.
In parallel, you should also raise a dispute within Carousell informing us that the mover has damaged your item. We will get in touch with the movers to handle the damage and compensation with you.
What should I do if the driver is late?
Delays can happen due to traffic or other unforeseen circumstances. If your driver is running late, you can contact GoGoX through their hotline in the app for assistance.
