[Singapore] Carousell Official Delivery with GoGoX for bulky items
From 16 January, bulky item delivery is available under Carousell Official Delivery. Buyers can buy and get bulky items delivered to them via our delivery partner, GoGoX, when they use the ‘Buy’ button to check out. Listings in the following categories are eligible:

How to enable bulky item delivery for eligible listings
If the seller has enabled bulky item delivery for a listing, the delivery fee will be shown in the ‘Deal method’ section. Buyers should first chat with the seller to mutually agree on a delivery date, then use the ‘Buy’ button to pay and select ‘Bulky item delivery’ during the checkout.
Here’s what a successful bulky item delivery looks like:

- Buyer chats with seller to agree on a delivery date
- Buyer places an order through ‘Buy’ button, selects the delivery date and make payment
- Seller provides their pick-up address and confirms the delivery date within 12 hours.
- GoGoX will contact both the buyer and seller before the delivery date to check for details like stair access.
- On the delivery date, GoGoX will pick up the item from the seller between 9am to 1pm, and deliver the item to the buyer between 1pm to 6pm. If add-on services are required, the buyer will pay the additional fees directly to GoGoX.
Can delivery be scheduled for a specific time?
Currently, we offer a standard time window for all deliveries. GoGoX will pick up the item from the seller between 9am to 1pm, and deliver the item to the buyer between 1 to 6pm on the same day.

Can I cancel the delivery?
Delivery can be cancelled on the Order Details Page if a GoGoX driver hasn’t been assigned yet.
If you have to cancel after the GoGoX driver has been assigned, contact the GoGoX hotline.
Can I reschedule the delivery after the delivery is confirmed?
You can reschedule the delivery by contacting the GoGoX hotline (+65 6836 1110) directly. Make sure you’ve already coordinated with your buyer or seller on a new delivery date when you do so.
If you’re rescheduling the delivery on the day itself, note that additional fees may apply—you have to pay these fees to GoGoX directly.
Do I need to be present for the delivery?
Yes, the seller needs to be at the pick up location and the buyer at the delivery location on the delivery date. This helps GoGoX complete the delivery smoothly and ensures you can check the condition of the item being delivered.
What if the item is damaged during delivery?
Take detailed photos of the damage and highlight the damage to the movers before they leave. Contact Carousell afterwards and we’ll work with GoGoX to make things right for you.
What should I do if the mover is late?
Delays can sometimes happen due to traffic or other unexpected situations. If your driver is running late, reach out to GoGoX through their hotline (+65 6836 1110) for support.
For sellers
How do I enable bulky item delivery?
When listing a bulky item, you simply have to
- Enable the ‘Buy’ button
- Enable delivery under ‘Deal method’
The bulky item delivery option will be added to your listing.
As the delivery assigned is attributed to only one item, we advice to create separate listings if you have multiple items so that the delivery cost will be calculate accordingly.
For buyers
What add-on services are available? How do I request and pay for them?
Before the delivery date, GoGoX will call you to confirm delivery details like stair access. During the call, you can also request for add-on services.
GoGoX may also charge fees for add-on services required to safely deliver your items (e.g. stair access, extra wrapping for a fragile item).
GoGoX will collect payment directly from you on the delivery day if add-on services are required.
