One of the items in the cart is no longer available. How can I cancel it while still proceeding with the rest of the order?
Unfortunately, item-level cancellation for your cart order is currently not available. We recommend proceeding with the order for the remaining available items and informing your buyer to raise a dispute > Select 'I did not receive the item at all' for the item that will not be shipped.
