How do I enable shipping with Carousell Official Delivery?
1. Upon listing an item, enable the ‘Buy’ button.
2. Under Deal method, select “Carousell Official Delivery”
3. Delivery fees are based on the weight of your parcel and the shipping partner you select.
You can choose to:
Pay for the delivery yourself (fee will be deducted from your earnings), or
Pass the delivery fee to your buyer
You’ll also be able to select your preferred courier, but do note:
If you choose a courier outside of our recommended courier, an additional fee may apply.
Why is there an add-on fee for some providers like SingPost, NinjaVan?
When you ship via Carousell Official Delivery, the buyer pays a standard delivery fee. If you choose a courier other than SPX Express, a Delivery add-on fee may be deducted from your earnings, depending on the courier selected.
Sellers still reserve the right to opt for their preferred delivery provider for convenience. However, as different delivery providers charge different fees, there is an extra add-on fee if you select a provider other than the one with the lowest fee. This allows us to maintain a "Best Price" shipping guarantee for all buyers on the platform.
How can I avoid paying the add-on fee?
Select SPX Express to ship. $0 add-on fee—keep 100% of your earnings.
How will the add-on fee be deducted?
If you fulfill an order via other integrated delivery providers, a fee starting from $1.80 will be deducted from your earnings. This deduction will be clearly itemised for that specific transaction as a "Delivery add-on fee" in your earnings summary.
Does the buyer still pay for shipping if I choose other partners?
Buyers pay a standard shipping rate. If you choose a delivery partner other than SPX Express, any additional fees will be deducted from your earnings, depending on the partner and service you select.
How do I ship out the order?
You can choose to ship out your order by scheduling a pick-up or dropping off your parcel at your nearest drop-off points.

To schedule a pick-up
Make sure your pick-up address is up to date. Then, select a pick-up date and choose whether you’d like to print your own shipping label or have the courier print it for you.
Only submit your pick-up request when your parcel is ready. After you’ve submitted it, you won’t be able to change the pick-up address or date.
If you print the shipping label on your own, tap on ‘View shipping label’ to print and save it in your photos/ drive. Seal your item(s) securely in a single box or polymailer and attach the label securely (remove all other labels - if any).
If you request for the shipping label to be printed, write down the Tracking ID on your package for the courier to identify your package and print the label on your behalf. You may find the tracking ID under Pick-up details in your Order details page.
We recommend that you leave your parcel at a safe and visible location at your doorstep for the courier to collect if you are not at home.

To drop off your parcel
Ensure that you seal your item(s) in a single box or poly mailer and ensure that they conform to the max dimensions. Confirm your return address (in case of unfulfilled delivery or return requests) and proceed to generate the shipping label and attach it securely to your parcel (remove all other labels - if any). Note that there will not be any label printing service for drop-off except at SingPost POPStations, POPDrops or SPX Non-Shopee drop-off points.
Orders will be automatically cancelled if no parcel drop-off is detected within 10 days from when the shipping label was created.

Track your parcel
You can track your parcel status from your Order details once the shipping is initiated. Tracking details may take up to one day to update for drop-offs at SingPost letterboxes.
If your pick-up was delayed or if you missed the pick-up window, the courier will reschedule your pick-up to the next working day. You can track the delivery status on your Order Details Page.
What happens if I would like to change my pick-up date?
Once the pick-up request has been submitted, you will not be able to cancel the order. The courier will make 3 attempts to pick up your parcel, before the order becomes canceled.
What happens if I would like to change my pick-up location?
If you are not at home (or at the pick-up location) during the pick-up, you may choose to leave the parcel at a visible and safe location for the delivery personnel to pick-up from.
Items that will not be accepted for shipping
Apart from the List of Prohibited Items that cannot be sold on Carousell, the courier will not facilitate pick-ups for the following items;
- Items that exceeds 30kg and/ or 150cm on one side.
- Items that exceed the sum of dimension (L + W + H) of 300cm
- Credit cards or ATM cards.
- Human, animal remains and religious artifacts.
- Firearms or swords.
- Living things.
- Poisonous and toxic substances.
- Examination certificates, passports and insurance documents which cannot be reproduced.
- Written drafts, original films, tapes and film material which cannot be reproduced.
- Flammable, ignitable or volatile items such as fireworks, kerosene, gas canisters or paint thinner.
- Cash, cheques, bills, stocks, other marketable securities and any restricted or illegal substances.
- Temperature-sensitive items which require it to be stored in a controlled environment.
If your pick-up was delayed or missed
If you’ve already scheduled a pick-up but the courier hasn’t arrived, contact your courier directly for the latest update.
