How does Sell to Carousell work?

Through the sell button, and under the "sell to Carousell" section, tap on "Fashion" to sell your clothes to Carousell.

You can choose to either drop your clothes off at any REFASH outlet or schedule a pick-up for your bags of clothes

For pick-ups at your doorstep, you will be directed to Refash to submit a courier pick-up form. Please note that there is a S$10 pick-up fee.

What type of clothing does REFASH accept?

For drop-offs at REFASH outlets, only womenswear is accepted.

For drop-offs at REFASH HQ or doorstep pick-ups, maternity wear, activewear and menswear are accepted. 

Clothes from preferred brands will get a higher payout. Please also note that clothes with no resale value will be rejected. For example, clothes with
1. Signs of wear and tear
2. Stains and discolouration
3. Fabric pilling
4. Dated designs
5. Signs of alteration
6. Missing / Broken parts

What happens after I drop-off my clothes?

Evaluation usually takes between 7 - 14 working days. After which, the processing team will get in touch with you via Whatsapp with an offer. You can then choose to accept or reject the offer.
