[Hong Kong] Certified Luxury (Watches)
Certified Watches is a partner’s program that highlights trusted and verified luxury watch dealers. Instead of authenticating individual watches, the program focuses on confirming that each participating merchant is a legitimate, licensed and reputable business. All purchases happen at the merchant’s physical store, where buyers can inspect the watch in person before paying. The program helps buyers feel confident shopping for high-value timepieces and gives them access to a curated selection from established, vetted dealers.
For Buyers
1. What is “Certified Watches”?
Certified Watches highlights trusted and verified luxury watch merchants on Carousell. These merchants have passed Carousell’s partner verification process, which reviews business legitimacy, licensing, reputation, and customer reviews.
2. Does Carousell Authenticate The Luxury Watches?
No. Carousell does not authenticate watches. Each Certified Partner manages their own authentication process as part of their business operations. Carousell verifies the credibility of the merchant, not the item.
3. How Do I Buy Certified Luxury Watches?
All transactions are completed offline at the Certified Partner’s physical store. You can contact the partner directly through Carousell to arrange a viewing or visit their location to inspect and purchase your watch in person.
4. Can I Check The Certified Luxury Watches In Person?
Yes, you can. Our Certified Partners have physical stores where you can view the watch in person. You can check the condition, try it on, and ask the seller any questions before you decide.
5. Can I Return My Purchase?
This depends on each Certified Partner's return policy. Each Certified Partner sets their own refund policy. We strongly recommend you review their policy before completing your payment.
6. Why Should I Trust Certified Luxury Watches?
Carousell reviews and verifies each Certified Partner’s business credentials, licensing, and reviews to ensure they are legitimate and reputable dealers. This verification helps buyers shop confidently with trusted sellers.
Carousell works closely with our merchants to ensure that they uphold responsible selling practices and take their conduct seriously. We review all reports of potential violations or breaches of our terms and will take the appropriate action where necessary.
7. What If I Encountered Post-Sales Issues?
We encourage you to reach out to the seller through chat to explain the issue and provide the relevant details. Each Certified Partner has their own seller’s policy, so we recommend reviewing their policy before proceeding.
