I tried to change my password but was shown “Email is not in use”

If you are prompted with the error “Email is not in use”, you may want to:

  • Check that the email address entered is correct
  • Check that there is no space in between characters
  • Check that there is no additional spacing at the start or end of entering your email address
  • Re-enter the information after refreshing your browser again
