[Malaysia] How do I pack my return parcel for InstantBuy?
To be eligible for a return, your item with InstantBuy must be unused and in the same condition and packaging as you received it. You will have to return the product in its original received condition, complete with all of its original inclusions such as
- Original brand packaging
- Free gifts
- All the accessories provided with the product
You may like to include a note inside the parcel indicating your Carousell username and order number for us to identify your return easily. Take a photo of the item before and after wrapping to show that all items are packed in the original packaging and the package is sealed securely. Note that Carousell/ the seller reserves the right to reject the return and any request for return if the returned item does not meet the above requirements and/ or is due to a change of mind.
Warranty within 7 & 30 days from delivery date (With Carousell approval):

After issue has been raised to Carousell and the claim has been approved, you may communicate with the seller in terms of the store location in the chatlog and walk in to the store along with the item to the seller for return for refund/exchange/repair (The seller will bear the repair cost).
Warranty after 31 days from delivery date (With Carousell approval):
Once the claim has been approved, we will provide you with the store location and you may bring the device by walk-in to our appointed service repair partner (SPR) to get your item fixed.
