What is Pay on Delivery?
Pay on Delivery is a deal method made exclusively available for Certified Phones. Simply tap the ‘Buy Now’ button on the item you’ve chosen, select “Pay on Delivery” in the Deal method, and stay in the comfort of your home while we deliver your Certified phone.
Upon delivery, you may inspect the phone and make your payment on the spot via cash, PayNow, or DBS PayLah.
Your Certified phone will come with a minimum 30-day Warranty and 7-day Exchange.
If you’re not satisfied with the phone received, you may reject the phone and the order will be cancelled. There will be no extra charges.
Pay on Delivery is available from 9AM to 7PM, on weekdays and non-public holidays only.

What are the payment methods accepted for Pay on Delivery?
Upon receiving your delivery, you may pay with cash, PayNow, or DBS PayLah if you choose to accept the phone.
Can I reject the phone if I’m not satisfied with it?
At the point of delivery, you can inspect the phone and choose to accept or reject the phone. If you’re not satisfied with the phone, simply inform our delivery partner and click “Return” on the Carousell app for the order to be cancelled. No additional charges will be incurred.
What happens if the delivery fails?
Our delivery partners will contact you if we’re unable to reach you at your delivery address. In the event of a failed delivery attempt, the Certified phone will be returned to the seller. The seller will chat with you to check if you would like to arrange for a second delivery or cancel the order.
Note that the seller may request for additional delivery charges for the second delivery attempt.
