Carousell has now engaged professional service providers with expertise in luxury brands, and are regarded as experts in authenticating luxury products across elements such as serial numbers, material and hardware. Our guarantee for Certified Luxury is that each product is original and authentic, with assurance of the quality and condition as well.
What should I do if I'm not satisfied with the item I received? How do I request a return?
You are able to raise a return request if the item is not described due to the following reasons;
- Minor faults, defects or wear and tear that is not stated clearly in the product listing
- Condition declared in the product listing differs from the actual product
- Product received differs from the product images (eg. color, shape, size, version etc)
- Proof of inauthenticity from brand owners and/or accredited sources
You may go to your Order Details page to raise a Return Request within 24 hours from the time you received your item and let your seller know the reasons. Please prepare photos and remarks to help validate your claim by taking clear photos to show where and/or how the product differs from the product listing to provide to our support team. We will contact you within 24 hours to arrange a return pick up if the return request is valid. Alternatively, you may reach out to us via Contact Support if you have not heard from us.
Do note that the item must be unused and in the same condition and packaging as how you received, with the Carousell tag still intact.
Once the seller has received the returned item, the seller can click “Item Returned” and your refund will be processed.
